I design, make furniture, and fine objects with a focus on simplicity, refined lines, and a dedication to craftsmanship.
My work is carefully crafted in my small shop using a combination of hand tools and machines.
I believe that the beauty in the wood speaks for itself through a simple design achieved by focusing on a single feature while other elements aesthetically remain subdued.
Although I have put in a significant amount of personal time to study and learn, it was a blessing to have the opportunity to attend the 12-week Furniture Intensive program at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine. The time there not only elevated my skills, but also my understanding of design and the style of furniture I enjoy creating.
